"I purchased a BMW 530ia from
a large Marin dealership who failed to disclosed damages exceeding
8% (over $5,000) of purchase price. The Dealers General Manager
claims that he does not need to disclose damage to vehicles
to their customers. Judge ruled otherwise. BMWNA claims it
has no responsibility for cars sold through dealerships. Beware
of purchasing any BMW - see court cases." Coffeeman
